TRACY WHITSON

Tracy Whitson is a passionate and creative real estate agent who works alongside her mother, Linda Hosmer, as part of a dedicated mother-daughter team at Gateway Realty. Married to her husband Larry for 22 years, Tracy is also a proud fur mom to two beloved cats, Molly and Callie. Family means everything to her, and she shares an especially close bond with her nieces, whom she lovingly considers her own. Known for her imaginative spirit, Tracy enjoys thinking outside the box—especially when it comes to marketing the properties she lists. She brings energy and originality to every home she helps sell, believing that each listing deserves its own unique spotlight. Deeply involved in her community, she volunteers at the North Platte Community Playhouse and assists with productions and the Christmas Tour of Homes. She’s also a familiar face at the North Platte Public Schools Transition House, where she serves as a substitute. Tracy is an active member of her church and always willing to lend a helping hand wherever it's needed. Her adventurous side shines through during camping trips to Halsey National Forest on Memorial and Labor Day weekends, as well as her travels to Texas and Minnesota each year. A self-proclaimed foodie, Tracy enjoys trying new dishes and desserts, and she has a particular love for spicy foods. Her creativity also extends into the kitchen, where she enjoys crafting new recipes and sweet treats. Tracy values the relationships she builds with her clients, many of whom become lifelong friends. She believes that real estate is more than just buying and selling—it’s about connection, trust, and service. Tracy is always eager to learn something new, continually growing in both her personal and professional life.
